In honor of November 28, Albania's Flag Day, the first public appearance of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and the birthday of the legendary commander, Adem Jashari, many citizens, including those from Albania and Macedonia but also from other countries have visited the Jashari family cemetery in Prekaz.

Some of them have come for the first time to the place where the 59 members of the Jashari family fell heroically, for which they expressed emotion and pride.

Zhaklina Ibrahimi said that she has never visited Prekazi before, for which she said that the date of November 28 is one of the most important.

"Unfortunately, it's the first time I've come and I had a lot of emotions, starting from the towers," Ibrahimi said.

Even Jakup Veseli together with his friends from North Macedonia said that some of them are stepping on the land of Prekazi for the first time.

He emphasized that they have read a documentary about the Jasharaj sacrifice for the first time, but added that the physical visit is a special emotion.

Citizen Zafer Gashi claims that November 28 is a big day for all Albanians.

He stated that it is the duty of all citizens of Kosovo to convey the message of commander Adem Jashari and the heroes of the nation to move the country forward.

Meanwhile, Raif Halili said that the feeling conveyed by this date is indescribable.

In addition to them, heads of the government and opposition parties have paid homage at the Jasharaj cemetery.
