Last night's attack in Zubin Potok is a terrorist act organized by Serbia through which the defunctionalization of life in Kosovo was attempted, says security expert Avni Islami while adding that last night's attack on the water supply channel in Zubin Potok was carried out by professionals , as they have left no trace.
Islami for KosovaPress says that the Penal Code foresees penalties for such terrorist attacks as last night's in Zubin Potok.

About 15 kilograms of explosives were used to destroy the Ibër-Lepenci canal.
"(Last night's attack) fulfills all the elements of terrorism and this act is called state terrorism of Serbia. This is because it is organized by the Serbian state and orchestrated by professional people. The terrorist act was committed without leaving a trace..." he said.
The professor of security sciences emphasizes that the statements of Serbian officials that they "allegedly condemn last night's attack in the north" are only enough to justify themselves.
"The goal was that through the act of sabotage and the act of terrorism... it would affect the lives of citizens. Taking into account Article 122, it is a written point that such cases, that anything that damages public, water, energy equipment, dams, dams, the economy or the operation of public services is a terrorist and criminal act. And the purpose of this entire terrorist act is to disable and defunctionalize life in Kosovo. It is impossible that such an attack, which was carried out in a professional manner, could be carried out by ordinary people. So, it should not be forgotten that Alexander Vuçiq and his subordinates have warned and it is the third act that is carried out within 4 days", says Islami.
After the attack on the canal that supplies KEK with water, local authorities and QUINT ambassadors reacted.
