The Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry has notified all member companies that after a long work, it has been possible to remove the blockade caused by the entry into force of the Law on Public Property, from which a large number of businesses have lost a lot, reports KosovaPress.
According to the Ministry of Information and Communications, the same law has also prevented investments in several sectors, including clean energy, which the country desperately needs.
"We have provided our comments to the working group on the three regulations that would enable the start of the work of the Office for Public Property Administration in the Prime Minister's Office. The regulations have been published in the Official Gazette, which officially marks the start of the work of this office," the DHTIK announcement states.
DhTIK is awaiting the arrangement of a meeting with the leaders of the aforementioned office and will continue its commitment to solving the problems of member businesses.
