He said that he understands the indictment but has not read it, therefore regarding his guilt or innocence, he will respond in time, according to the law.

On November 29, 2024, the Judge of the Preliminary Procedure of the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo confirmed the indictment and then issued four arrest warrants and a summons.
In the indictment, it is alleged that Thaçi coordinated three separate groups, formed with Smakaj, Fazliu and Kilaj, and other persons against whom charges have not been brought, as well as Kuçi, with the aim of influencing the testimony of witnesses in the context of the current trial Thaçi and others.
In the confirmed indictment, three charges have been brought against Thaçi for attempting to obstruct official persons in the performance of official duties, by participating in the joint action of a group; four charges of breaching the confidentiality of proceedings, and four charges of disobeying the court.
