The Commander of the NATO-led KFOR mission, Major General Enrico Barduani, received the European Union Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, Peter Sorensen, at KFOR headquarters in Pristina.

According to a KFOR statement, they discussed views on various topics, including sustainable security throughout Kosovo, the regional stability situation and KFOR's efforts in support of the EU-facilitated dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade, reports KosovaPress.

Major General Enrico Barduani emphasized KFOR's unwavering commitment to supporting all efforts of the International Community, for the benefit of sustainable security throughout Kosovo and regional stability.

KFOR continues to implement its mandate to contribute to a peaceful and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at all times. KFOR works in close coordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) in their respective roles as security responders.
