The well-known Kosovar football coach, Bylbyl Sokoli, has made a long reaction regarding the latest developments in Kosovar football and criticism of the Kosovo Football Federation.

Sokoli spoke about the contribution of many people over the years to preserve and ensure the survival of football and sports in Kosovo, saying that this was the obligation of different generations over the years, KosovaPress reports.

In the recent events surrounding the relationship between the football federation and the media, we have seen many reactions from clubs and fans. The language was very degrading and with a clear tendency to discredit journalists, analysts, sports workers and news houses.

The invitation of some portals to react and tell the truth of the newest history of sport, Kosovo football, forces me to say a few words:

Years 1990-1999. The main bearer of the sports organization has been the Sports Federation of Kosovo, under whose umbrella were all the sports federations. The main goal was: Survival of Kosovo sports. Great contribution was given by the sportsmen, lecturers, trainers, donors and owners of the meadows. Very often, in cases of danger, it was the villagers who protected the athletes where the sports activity took place.

What was supposed to happen happened. It was our national obligation to organize for the survival of our sport.

A small number of sportsmen and lecturers did not join at all, while some, after one, two, or even three years, went west for their own purposes... Most of us remained until the day when the competitions were stopped because of the war !

To this day, we do not have a correct attitude on how we should have acted with those who did not join in the resistance for the survival of the sport.

Everyone's results are public, written in clubs, federations or activities, which are also known in recent history. He also knows those who hesitated, and did not join or did "help" at the time when this country needed it the most. Some of them today work in sports institutions in Kosovo!

Many contributors, athletes, lecturers, donors from all the countries of Kosovo cannot even work or approach the football institutions... the reason!!!???

I did not mention the names that are known by the participants of the survival period of the sport, because our national obligation was to contribute to the survival of our sport. I didn't even mention the names of those who in the name of this period had and have great benefits! I didn't even mention the names of those who "boast" that everything in football started with them!

Sport knows no differentiation, only self-differentiation. This is the rule of the game in Kosovar sport.

I am not cultured to anathematize, but in the name of ethics and all those who contributed and are still contributing, we must protect national values...
