In the framework of the fight against smuggling, Kosovo Customs and Police have intensified tactical controls and field operations.

Today, on the Viti-Gërlica road, a Mercedes Benz van with local license plates, which was driven by the Kosovar citizen VQ (32), was stopped for inspection.

During the inspection, clothes of protected trademarks, but without documents of origin, worth about 10 thousand euros, were found in the vehicle.

The goods and the vehicle are sent to the customs terminal where they are being picked up by Kosovo customs units.
