Seven categories exempt from payment, the Municipality points to the unification of public urban transport

The Municipality of Pristina announces that the citizens of the Capital now have a unified urban public transport system, with integrated daily, weekly and monthly tickets for all lines. This municipality also announces that they have exempted 7 categories from payment, KosovaPress broadcasts.

"This change comes with the aim of guaranteeing a quality and standardized service for all citizens", the announcement states.

Ticket prices: 0.50 euros for a single trip, 0.80 euros for a day ticket (valid for all lines). Meanwhile, 4 euros for the weekly ticket, 12 euros for the monthly ticket for students and 13.50 euros for the monthly ticket for workers.

Who gets free rides?

The categories exempted from payment for all urban lines are: pensioners, police, Kosovo Security Force (FSK), veterans, firefighters, disabled persons and primary school students.
