The two Serbian presidents, Serbia's Aleksandar Vuçiq and that of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, are preparing a plan through which they are mobilizing people to participate in a ceremonial event on the occasion of Serbian Statehood Day in Banja Luka, said Serbian MP in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Nebojša Vukanović.
