A Polish tourist was seriously injured after falling in a Saranda hotel room.

The 58-year-old woman was transported to the Saranda hospital emergency room with head injuries.

Meanwhile, the doctors found internal bleeding in the head.

She was then transported by ambulance to Tirana for more specialized treatment.

"Polish citizen A. N, 58 years old, went to the Saranda hospital for medical help, it is suspected that she fell accidentally in the hotel room where she was staying, she is currently under the care of doctors, out of danger to her life." – informs the police.

The investigative group is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the event.
