The "Kadri Zeka" Public University in Gjilan will honor the President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, with the high academic title "Doctor Honoris Causa".

According to the announcement, this award is given to President Begaj in recognition of his valuable contribution to strengthening inter-Albanian relations, support for education and academic development, as well as for his role in promoting democratic and European values, the report said.
