After the submission by the PDK of 16 laws for interpretation to the Constitutional Court, the head of the parliamentary group of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, said that this is being done with the aim of protecting their interests.
She said in a press conference that the Assembly did not violate the law by adopting the laws with an accelerated procedure.
Kusari-Lila also "showed" the reasons for sending the laws to the Constitutional Court from the largest opposition party.
"We saw that this party is clearly positioned against the citizens of Kosovo. They want to protect what they have acquired illegally. Behind every law, an interest is preserved. Twice they contested the Prosecutorial Council, because they wanted to protect the people within the council. Also already disputed Law on the Bureau, because they are aware that this wealth cannot be justified", she declared.
She added that the LVV sent the laws to the Constitutional Court to prevent an evil for the country.
Otherwise, PDK has proceeded to the Constitutional Law approved in the marathon session of the Assembly of Kosovo on December 5.
In a press conference, the head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Abelard Tahiri, said that they had warned to send 20 draft laws to the Constitutional Court, but in consultation with experts, they proceeded with 16 of them.
