On the evening of November 29, an explosion occurred in the village of Varagë in the municipality of Zubin Potok, in the northern part of Kosovo.
The explosion damaged the water channel of Ibër-Lepenci.
The Kosovo authorities have stated that the attack is criminal and terrorist and comes from gangs orchestrated from Belgrade.
