The Minister of Finance, Labor and Transfers, Hekuran Murati, has announced that 72 thousand families are beneficiaries of subsidizing electricity bills as part of the support measure for vulnerable families, a measure which is also financially supported by the European Union.

Minister Murati, in a video published on Facebook, declares that beneficiary families will be able to see the subsidy in their online account with the electricity supplier or even in the following days when they receive the electricity bills in physical form, reports KosovaPress.

"Applications continue to be open in e-Kosova, only that it should be taken into account that the criteria must be met and in order to benefit, the family will then have more than 100 euros worth of real estate that the family members own as well as the average monthly income for a family member must be less than 150 euros. This means that for a family of four, the income must be less than 600 euros", declared Minister Murati.

He emphasizes how the government will continue with the support of everyone, especially those who need it the most.
