During the month of December 2023, the gross electricity available was 853.83 GWh, while the consumption of electricity was 608.16 GWh or 12,69 percent greater than in the same month of the previous year (December 2022).

In the communique of the Statistics Agency of Kosovo, it is stated that the participation of alternative electricity in the general consumption was 13,34 percent.  

"The production of coal was about 7.21 thousand tons or 1,45 percent less than in the same month of the previous year", the communiqué states.
