Kosovo has ended its journey in group 2 of League C in the League of Nations with victory. The Dardanians have triumphed over Lithuania with a minimum score of 1-0, this match was held at the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium in Pristina.

The goal that secured three full points for Kosovo came in the fifth minute, while the scorer was Muharrem Jashari, reports KosovaPress.

It was Jashari who left the locals with one less player on the field after he was sent off with a red card in the extra minutes of the first half due to an illegal intervention in the midfield.

This caused the Lithuanians to be more dangerous in the second half, threatening Arjanet Muric's goal several times, and they even managed to hit the post.

However, until the end the result remained unchanged and Kosovo received three full points.

Thus, Kosovo remains in second place in this group with 12 points, three less than Romania in first place and is awaiting UEFA's decision on the match with the Romanians after the incident that happened three days ago in Bucharest where the match was interrupted due to insults from local fans against Kosovo.
