In the wake of improving the security infrastructure and working conditions, the Minister of Internal Affairs Jelal Sveçla and the general director of the Kosovo Police, Gazmend Hoxha, have today laid the foundation stone of the new police substation facility at the Bistrica Bridge in Leposaviq.

The new modern facility will be used by members of the Kosovo Police for the fight against crime, border protection and the security of the country.

"From an office that we have found available to protect the border with Serbia, today we have 9 substations with dedicated policemen at the service of our Republic. We will continue to raise and strengthen capacities to successfully face future challenges", he wrote Sveçla on Facebook.
