After a pause of more than two months, the operation to transfer migrants caught heading towards Italy to Albania has resumed. According to the ANSA news agency, the Navy patrol ship Cassiopea is in the waters near Lampedusa ready to load the migrants to transfer them to the centers of Shëngjin and then to Gjader.

In previous cases, last October and November, judges had not allowed asylum seekers to come and stay in Albania.
