The Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo filed an indictment on Monday against the defendant DD, for committing the criminal offense of "Assault on an official person", as well as for the criminal offense of "Participating in a crowd that commits criminal offenses and hooliganism".

According to the indictment, on May 29, 2023, near the facility of the Municipality of Zveçan, in cooperation and coordination with other defendants of Serbian nationality from Kosovo and Serbia, through the use of violence, weapons and other strong means, they attacked and they seriously threatened the soldiers of the peacekeeping mission of KFOR, and members of the Kosovo Police, causing bodily injuries and material damage.

"The Special Prosecutor has asked the Court to declare the defendant guilty and to continue his detention until the conclusion of this criminal case", the announcement states.
