The state of drinking water supply for the citizens of Mitrovica is gradually improving after the explosion in the Ibër Lepenci canal the day before.

KRU Mitrovica has started with water treatment and distribution, but with reduced capacity.

"The supply of drinking water will initially reach the consumers who are located in low points and gradually the water will also reach the high floors of the collective housing", it is stated in an announcement on Facebook.

Consumers are asked to use water as rationally as possible, so that the network fills up faster and everyone has access to drinking water.
