The municipality of Malisheva has today started the wheat harvest-threshing campaign.

On this occasion, the mayor of this municipality, Ekrem Kastrati, saw the works closely and congratulated the farmers for a fruitful harvest and a good season.

During the visit to the field, the mayor Kastrati was accompanied by the director of the Directorate for Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development, Sylë Dukolli. They have promised the continuation of support for the agricultural sector, emphasizing the importance of this sector for the economy.

"The beginning of the harvest and gathering of wheat is a special moment for all of us. Agriculture is the backbone of the economy and we are committed to supporting our farmers every step of the way. We are here to celebrate your efforts and achievements and to express our continued support. We wish a good and fruitful season," said the mayor Kastrati, congratulating the farmers.

The visit of the president and the director to the wheat fields was welcomed by the farmers, who had the opportunity to share their challenges and experiences with them. Kastrati and Dukolli emphasized that the Municipality will continue to provide support through subsidies and other forms to improve working conditions and increase the quality and quantity of wheat and other products.
