Although the large number of football schools that have been opening in Kosovo in recent years is seen as an opportunity to showcase talent for this sport from a young age, analysts and coaches believe that they are not performing well due to the large number of children they accept, while they do not respond to this massive number with the appropriate staff of coaches.

Football coach and analyst, Ardian Llumnica, said for KosovaPress that to get the best out of children in soccer training, a coach should not have more than 15 to 20 children.

The coach of the club "2 Juliru", Labinot Haziri, told KosovaPress, that there are many football schools that have opened but do not meet the minimum criteria.

Haziri says that when a coach supervises a large number of children in training, it is impossible for him to put them in contact with the ball, which is the main element in football.

"The child-coach-parent triangle must function extremely well so that they are informed about the entire development of their children, their harmonious development and we should not expect that within a year the child will become a star, a famous footballer, but football, as we all know, is a process, it requires a lot of sacrifice, effort, motivation and professional work in order to develop in all directions, whether in his education and his formation as a footballer. I think a coach cannot work with more than 15, possibly up to 20 children, and unfortunately in many football schools we also encounter large groups, which then means that the control and quality of the children is not at the right level", emphasizes Selimi. 

To eliminate this phenomenon, or improve working conditions in football schools, according to football coaches, supervision by the Ministry of Sports, but also the Football Federation of Kosovo, is very necessary.
