The Vetëvendosje Movement has today submitted to the Supreme Court an appeal for the annulment of around 19 votes for the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), in the framework of the February 9 parliamentary elections, as it considers them to be manipulated.

In a Facebook post, the Vetëvendosje Movement says it once again calls for a re-vote by mail and the removal from the list of candidates "who have received incomparably more votes through postal voting than at polling stations in Kosovo and not replacing them with other members of the LDK."

"Only by accepting our complaint can the legitimacy of the elections in Kosovo be restored. The facts have proven an industrial theft of votes and we expect the Supreme Court to correct the unjust decision of the ECAP and take the appropriate decision to prevent such a precedent in the future," the post says, reports KosovaPress.
