Even ten hours later, the details of the reasons for the arrest of former KLA member Fadil Fazli and two others, Isni Kilaj and Bashkim Smakaj, have not been given.

On Thursday morning, EULEX has carried out several arrests and raids in Kosovo, which the Specialized Prosecutor's Office of The Hague has said are related to crimes against the administration of justice.

They have been sent to the EULEX offices in Fushë Kosovë.

Fadil Fazli's son, Fahriu, said that he was not allowed to meet with him.

He told the media that his health condition is good, but at no time have they told him why he was arrested and whether he will be sent to the detention center in The Hague.

"I was not allowed to enter. I asked about his health, but I was told that he is fine, but that you cannot enter as it is the procedure of the Specialized Chambers of The Hague. I insisted, I asked, but they told me that I am not allowed. He is continuing with the interview or what they have inside. They didn't give me something more even though I asked several times," he said.

He told the moment of his father's arrest and pointed out that EULEX did not raid their apartment today.

"This morning while going to work, around 08:00, he was arrested. There were about 3-4 EULEX jeeps, as the policemen have shown, and he was arrested," Fazliu emphasized.

On Thursday, it was also reported that the house of the former Minister of Justice, Hajredin Kuçi, was raided.

The Office of the Specialized Prosecutor has confirmed that it is conducting operations today in Kosovo.

According to the ZPS, the investigative process focuses on offenses against the administration of justice.

Through a notice issued on the official website, the SPS said that the operations were authorized by the judicial side of the Specialized Chambers and were supported by EULEX.
