Hashim Thaçi's former adviser, Bashkim Smakaj, Malisheva's former mayor Isni Kilaj and former KLA member Fadil Fazliu have been sent to The Hague from the EULEX offices in Kosovo. They have been kept there since yesterday when they were arrested.

Fadil Fazli's son, Fahriu, told reporters that he could not meet his father last night or today, despite his efforts.

"I ask for the release as soon as possible for all the liberators of Kosovo...I was there twice yesterday, twice today, I was never able to meet him. I'm thinking that now I saw it from afar and at least I did it by hand until the next visit, which I believe will be in The Hague", said Fazliu.

He said that they will now be informed by the lawyer about the procedures that await them in the future.

"I think I saw my father in the car, and I waved to him. It seemed to me that it was him and he was continuing towards The Hague where they say they are sending him. Now we are waiting for them to contact the lawyer to understand how the procedures are going", said Fazliu.

Their transfer to the Dutch city - where the Special Court is based and the detention center - is taking place after they were arrested on Thursday during a Special operation in Kosovo.

Without giving details, the Prosecutor's Office of The Hague said on Thursday that the operation is related to offenses against the administration of justice.

The Special Operation has been criticized by the KLA War Veterans Organization, saying that former KLA members have not interfered in justice processes.

According to OVL-UÇK, these actions of the Special Court come after the same lack of sufficient evidence.

This organization said on Thursday that Special is making a spectacle with such arrests.
