In the court session in the "Cobra" case, where the defendants, Dibran Hoxhaj known as "Cobra", Roland Susuri, Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazreku and Jesmir Badalli are accused of the murder of Visar Ceng on January 3, 2023, two witnesses were heard, the victim's father, Behar Cengu and Vllaznim Mustafa, while the witness, Alketa Sadiku, was absent.

The victim's father, Behar Cungu, during his testimony, demanded justice for his son's murder.

He said that none of the accused, including Dibran Hoxhaj, know him and there has been no conflict between them.

Cungu then told the court that he had received the news of his son's murder from his work colleague.

"He had heard about the incident, we didn't know anything in the family, I wasn't informed. He asked me if there was another Behar in Kukës, that workmate, no, I just said no. He told me you could run to the hospital... I went and found the boy there. Prosecutor: Do you know if the boy knew any of the defendants: Often when they came from emigration, they came to Kosovo, I don't know... I only know one thing that the boy didn't have anything with him at all, he didn't have any bread with him when he left the house, maybe he didn't even have any money with him when he left the house... Together with my whole family, with all my brothers, everything I have, I want justice for the boy, I don't want to say I wasn't at the event myself", he emphasized.

Questions about the victim's father, Behar Cungu, were raised by the defendant's defense attorney, Dibran Hoxhaj, known as "Kobra". The attorney, Latifi, asked the witness who he had met when he went to the hospital. The witness then said that he had met the son and other people, and that the other injured man who was with his son had gone to Tirana.

The first witness in this case, Behar Cungu, said that he has never had a problem with anyone in Kosovo, nor with Dibran Hoxhaj's family.

Asked by the lawyer of Dibran Hoxhaj, known as "Kobra", whether he had met with his son's friends, Rifgen Shehu and Arben Bashka, the victim's father said that he had never met with them since they are abroad.

The court session continued with the questioning of the judge, Vesel Ismali, who asked witness Cengu what knowledge he has about the event that happened to his son.

Afterwards, the victim's father, in his capacity as a Prosecution witness, said that he knows nothing about what happened to his son since he was not at the scene.

At the Basic Court in Pristina, Vllaznim Mustafa also gave his testimony, who on the critical night when Visar Cungu was murdered was singing at the "Kobra City" bar.

Responding to questions from the Prosecution, witness Mustafa stated that as the evening neared its end, three people from Albania had gone outside and quietly talked to the bar's manager.

According to him, when they returned to the bar, the people from Albania slammed the door and knocked over a table while trying to enter the bar's office.

And then he says he doesn't remember anything and didn't even hear anything because to protect himself he went to the toilet and didn't come out until the police arrived.

The witness, Vllaznim Mustafa, was asked by Dibran Hoxhaj's defense attorney, Florent Latifaj, whether he saw his client in the bar on the critical night.

The witness stated that that night Dibran Hoxhaj, known as "Cobra", met him at the beginning and at the end when he received the payment.

According to him, the situation of "Cobra" has been calm.

Dibran Hoxhaj, known as "Kobra", Roland Susuri, Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazreku and Jesmir Badalli, in the initial court hearing, pleaded not guilty to the charges in the case of the murder of VC, on January 3, 2023 at the "Kobra City" bar in Prizren.
