A car accident occurred this Sunday on the Berat-Dimal axis, near the village of Otllak in Albania.

A 34-year-old resident of Kuçovë, while driving a BMW, lost control and the vehicle went off the road. As a result of the vehicle going off the road, the passenger, citizen Lorenc Llangozi, 33, a resident of Kuçovë, lost his life.

From the first investigations, it is suspected that the cause of the accident was the high speed at which the two young people were traveling, as well as the humidity on the road. The driver of the vehicle has been taken to the police station for further action, reports TCh.

The Berat Dimal axis is known as a black spot on the map of automobile axes. There have been accidents with fatal consequences on this axis recently.
