The President of the Republic of Serbia Milorad Dodik, known for his pro-Russian stance, was hospitalized in Belgrade today due to acute pain and according to the first diagnosis, after the necessary preparations, an operation on the esophagus and stomach will follow.
The Cabinet of the President of RS announced that Dodik was examined this afternoon in Belgrade, after which he was hospitalized.
"According to the first diagnosis, after the necessary preparations, an operation will be performed on President Dodik's esophagus and stomach. The public will be informed in time about the state of health of the President of the RS", the communiqué states.
Dodik was visited in the hospital by his friend Serbian President Aleksandar Vuçiq, another pro-Moscow supporter and Vladimir Putin.
