The Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, has announced that the water supply to the areas affected by the terrorist attack in the Ilber Lepenci canal is returning to normal.

According to her, last night in the late hours, water supply started in the municipalities of South Mitrovica, North Mitrovica and Zveçan.

"Today, the water has already been released to the water factories of Drenas and Shkabai for treatment and the regular supply of citizens in Skenderaj has begun. Within a few hours, the supply to the citizens of Drenas, Fushë Kosova and Obiliq is expected to be normalized", wrote Rizvanolli on the Facebook social network.

A powerful explosion was heard on Friday evening in the village of Varage in Zubin Potok, in which case the water channel of Ibër-Lepenci was damaged.

Russia Prishtina, in an emergency conference, Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that the attack was terrorist and organized by criminal gangs with the support of official Belgrade.

The November 29 attack was condemned by the United States and other QUINT countries.
