The Ministry of Environment informed that based on this instruction, will be regulated the procedures of monitoring the circulation of waste in border crossing points.
“The border circulation of not dangerous waste that is exported, imported or transit from Kosova should have the license from the Ministry of Environment. They should be accompanied with the document for the circulation of waste, which can be taken at the ministry,” reads the press release of the Ministry of Environment.
According to press release, this instruction foresees as well for the dangerous waste that is exported, imported or transit from Kosova should be equipped with the document, according to EU legislation and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
