The prosecutor of the case, Rogers, said that Lahi Brahimaj was commander of the oldest KLA headquarters in Dukagjini zone. According to him, Brahimaj was in charge of a prison where abuses were committed.
He said that he believes that the arguments show that he was in the center of organization of KLA and from Jabllanica, adding that he was known as commander Maxhupi and he was commander of oldest KLA headquarters in Dukagjini zone. He said that according to their opinion, Lahi Brahimaj led the prison as a place of abuse, adding that he has interviewed the prisoners there and accused them for being traitors and spies, and participated in physical attack on them. He said that it has him who ordered or urged the execution of three young persons, it was him who encouraged others to participate in abuse and killing of those who were detained in his prison.
The prosecutor said that based on the testimonies of witnesses, he requested from the panel to rule out any alibi of the defense, as the presence of Brahimaj in Jabllanica prison was obvious.
Whereas, with regard to Idriz Balaj, the prosecutor said that together with Lahi Brahimaj, they have beaten several persons in cruel way and they have tortured Agron Berisha and Burim Bejta, and ordered their murder.
