Head of the Parliamentary Group of the PDK, Adem Grabovci said to Kosovapress by telephone that there is no invitation from PDK for other parties.
"No I am not aware that PDK has invited other parties for any meeting, after the request for evaluation by Kosovo Constitutional Court. We are engaged to have functional institutions and these institutions, which we have built with great sacrifices, of course we have to respect them.
We are aware that there was an agreement between leaders of political parties, but after a request for interpretation by the Constitutional Court, the agreement is not in force, "said Grabovci.
Further he added that the LDK and any other political subject have evaluated that it is important to have electoral reform, reform for constitutional changes and it was evaluated that they are in the interest of citizens of the country.
On the other hand the Democratic League of Kosovo has warned voting block of these constitutional amendments. The MP of LDK, Vjosa Osmani said that she does not need any invitation and that the decision of the Constitutional Court has not created any new situation.
According to her, that simple decision enables the observance of the current agreement, she does not exclude the resignation of the President, neither the observance of the agreement by the other parties, including the PDK.
"I have heard some public statements that were made, but for LDK there is no need for such meetings to be held and there is no need new agreements to be made, and we perseveringly request to observe the current agreement," said Osman to Kosovapress.
Meanwhile, the head of parliamentary group from this movement, Visar Ymeri, said that Vetëvendosje Movement will not be part of these meetings.
Ymeri: We will not be a part of these meetings
"There is no invitation for a meeting and we will not be part of such meetings that someone may request, or organize.
We were have not been neither part of the initial agreement, which has aroused this debate and we continue to consider that agreement as agreement against constitution and non-institutional agreement, and we are against these meetings that are called meetings between leaders of political parties, which ignore the entire institutional system of Kosovo ", said Ymeri to Kosovapress.
Otherwise, it is expected soon to be voted the constitutional amendments for competencies of President of the Republic and for completion of the supervision of independence. But due to non-observance of agreement between the signatory parties, has led to disruption about voting the constitutional amendments.
