On the second day of the visit, Topalli and the MPs accompanying her, will be welcomed by her counterpart, Trajko Veljanovski, afterwards she will hold a speech in front of MPs of Macedonian Parliament. In addition to the meeting with the group of friendship Macedonia-Albania, she will meet as well a group of women MPs, afterwards she will meet the prime minister Nikolla Gruevski and the president of Macedonia, George Ivanov.
According to Albania’s embassy in Skopje, this is an important visit, which is realized in frame of strengthening the inter-parliamentary cooperation between both countries, as well in the interest of deepening the cooperation in the interest of the process of regional and Euro-Atlantic integration.
The President of Albania, Bamir Topi is expected to visit Macedonia in mid-April. His visit is the second that the president of Albania will realize in Macedonia and it is probably the last one in his presidential mandate. This time he is invited by the president of Macedonia, George Ivanov.
