Today’s session is based on the indictment raised by the English prosecutor Maria Bamieh against Bujar Bukoshi, Ilir Tolaj, Arbetina Pajaziti, Nexhat Shabani, Ismet Hyseni, Hajrullah Fejza, Zenel Kuçi, Bekim Fusha, Alban Thaçi, Basri Asllani and Imer Ajeti for misuse of official duty or authority, abuse while exercising duties, misuse of economic authorizations. Establishment of harmful contracts, illegal issuing of court decisions for Nexhat Shabani and Ilir Tolaj, request of bribery, efforts to take bribery, fiscal evasion and impeding evidences.
