The MP from AAK and manager of this project, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi said that the goal of this memorandum is for all interested sides, all partners to take the responsibilities on fast and correct implementation of this project.
Kadaj said that they have undertaken this initiative considering the increase of number of women affected by breast cancer, as well the difficulties that women outside Prishtina are facing, especially women in rural areas, most of them cannot travel to big centers in order to receive medical services.
“The mobile mammography is a mobile equipment, which will serve for women in rural areas, who face many problems on access in medical services, thus we consider that this cooperation between the group of women MPs, KCSF and other partners will result with buying this equipment within this year and to serve for Kosova women,” Kadaj-Bujupi said.
