The minister of Health of Republic of Kosova, Ferid Agani is on five-day official visit in the Sicily region in Italy.
During the visit, Agani has realized important meetings with senior health officials of this region and he got informed on the potential of the Sicily region in the health field in order to start different forms of cooperation for assistance in Kosovar health sector.
Moreover, minister Agani had a meeting with the minister of Health for Sicily region, Dr. Massimo Russo, mayors of municipalities Patti and Rocca di Kaprileone, as well with the rector of University of Messina, Prof. Francesco Tomasello.
Minister Agani had a meeting as well in the institute ISMETT in Palermo, the Center of medical excellence of Sicily region, where he was welcomed by Dr. Bruno Gridelli, general director of this institution, as well in the Pediatric Cardio Surgery Institute.
Minister Agani visited as well the structure of excellence Cittadella dell’ Oasi in Troina, where is located the professional training center for disabled persons, as well the institute for brain diseases and development disorders of children and youth.
