Vetevendosje requests resignation of Government

The officials of Vetevendosje Movement repeated their request for resignation of Kosova’s Government, as, according to them, the current Government is constantly harming Kosova, therefore it would be good for this government to leave as soon as possible. The officials of Vetevendosje in addition to other issues, mentioned as a failure of the Government the fact of not keeping the promise on reciprocity.

The deputy chairperson of Vetevendosje Movement, Shpend Ahmeti said in today’s press conference that trade rapports with Serbia are harming Kosova, as since the agreement for customs stamp, Kosova’s state has been harmed, whereas Serbia benefits millions of euro from our country. Ahmeti considered Kosova’s Government as failed, due to the fact that it is working against the interests of Kosova’s citizens.

“Such a Government that does not protect the interest of its citizens has no other way except of resignation. By prolonging the days, the Government of Kosova wants to present the circulation of 4 trucks, or maybe 5 trucks as reciprocity. 5 with 1000 is not reciprocity, in fact it is far from reciprocity. It is the same that is happening for 12 years, thus these 12 days as well trade is only from Serbia to Kosova,” Ahmeti said. While talking about his presence in Merdare, Ahmeti said that some of the trucks that have entered Kosova were with license plates “PZ”, but they were not stopped.

“Since September 16 and earlier as well, trucks with any kind of license plates enter Kosova. Yesterday some trucks with new license plates PZ entered Kosova, it means that they are not old license plates, but with the new logo of Republic of Serbia, issued by the Republic of Serbia despite of the statements of the minister of Internal Affairs, Bajram Rexhepi that such a thing will not be allowed,” Ahmeti said.
