Director of the Directorate for Property, Geodesy and Cadastre at Ferizaj, QazimeVata said it is about informative meetings, so that the citizens to be aware of the importance of this project, but also what they benefit from this project.
"There are many problems in cadastral offices due to lack of data, especially in the graphic and textual part there is no compliance of data.
I can provide you some differences that were found, for example, there are 94 differences in Fshati i Vjetër, the technical and textual part, or if we take Komogllava village as example, there are 248 differences, or Varosh 300 differences and Nerodime e Poshtme 217.
And these discrepancies cause trouble to residents that live near each other, because it has happened due to measurements that are very old.
We have the measurement since 1958 and never was made the reconstruction of these areas, although it is foreseen to be made every 10 years at least, "said director Vata, saying that citizens have well received this project.
In the frame of this project, in these villages where meetings were held, also the village representatives were selected, who will be in contact with the company that will build the cadastre.
It is learned that the reconstruction of property will be made by a company from Albania, contracted by the World Bank, because this project is implemented by the World Bank and supported by Kosovo Cadastral Agency.
According to Director of the Department of Urbanism, Qazime Vata, in this case the municipality will have supporting and participative role in a commission.
"Until the finalization of this project, but also during this process, the municipality will monitor its implementation. The municipality will support citizens connected to their complaints and problems that will have during the projects phase until the implementation and approval by the Kosovo Cadastral Agency "said Vata.
This project is expected to last until June of 2013 depending on cadastral areas and problems that can occur during the measurements.
