Prishtina, (Kosovapress) 07 August 2012 13:30

Council for Defense of Human Rights and Freedoms, (CDHRF), through a press release has reacted to water reductions in several neighborhoods of the capital. CDHRF states that during the months when temperatures are expected to reach up to 40 degrees Celsius, not supplying with drinkable water for weeks is flagrant violation of human rights and serious danger of the health of citizens. While officials from the "Regional Water Supply Prishtina" have said the reductions taking place in recent days are normal for the summer season, where the amount of water is reduced.
