Deputy mayor, Riza Haziri, who took part in putting of cornerstone of these houses, thanked all those who are supporting this action. He has evaluated this as a national project that will enable the return of all those who were expelled from the north, but also the attitude of those who are living in difficult circumstances.
According to him, about 10 houses have already started to be built by different companies from all parts of Kosovo.
"The largest number of houses that have begun to be built in the north, are concentrated in the Bosnian neighborhood, as there is a great need," said Haziri.
However, he stressed that within this action even in other neighborhoods houses have begun to be built as in the area of "Tre rrokaqiejtë" in Kroi i Vitakut etc. "It is being done a good job that is welcomed by Albanians living in the north," he said.
On the other hand, he appealed to those who have promised to help with reconstruction funds in the north to carry out their commitments as soon as possible.
"We ask those who have promised to help, to transfer their assets in the account " Ndihmo edhe ti ", as soon as possible, in order that to start the legal procedures for selection of beneficiaries for reconstruction as soon as possible "said Haziri.
While Albert Peci, for whom will be built a new house in the Bosnian neighborhood, seemed very happy about creation of good opportunities for him to live in his neighborhood. He said that together with his wife and children have lived rent near where his house was collapsed.
Another beneficiary, Luan Miftari, thanked the companies that are helping. According to him, there are many cases in the north that need support. / A. Damati /
