The coordinator of projects in INPO, Albulene Nrecaj said that this was the first competition that is organized in this company, as they have never announced competition before.
She said that INPO believes that this competition has been announced and organized only formally, as many applicants for this competition are already working in “Pastertia”, however they do not have contracts.
“INPO has monitored the process of interview of candidates and noticed different irregularities. The interviewing commission was not serious and the form of the interview was simple. The questions of members of commission were not directly related to the work of the jobs announced in competition, there were even moments when the members of commission said to candidates ‘you know the work because you have been working’, which proves the lack of seriousness of this competition,” Nrecaj said.
