The panel of the first instance court convicted Besim Qitaku because it was proven beyond reasonable doubt that in May 2009, in Mitrovica, he unlawfully demanded sixty thousand Euros from Hetem Ademi threatening that, if the money was not paid, something serious would happen to his family, reads the press release of EULEX.
The case was prosecuted by a EULEX public prosecutor.
