The arrest of three persons was made today at about 11:00, two of them were officials of Municipal Assembly of Peja.
"Based on preliminary investigations, investigators have gathered information that in 2006 two of the detainees by abusing their official duty and using false documents with false data have expropriated property of inheritance of a complainant transferring it to another person already arrested by the police ", is said in a statement of Kosovo Police.
With decision of the competent prosecutor, the three detainees were assigned the measure of police custody for 48 hours.
