A mixed panel of judges, presided over by a EULEX judge at the Supreme Court, upheld the conviction of the first instance court against Danil Nokaj for the criminal offences of murder in co-perpetration.
Danil Nokaj was convicted by the District Court of Peja in October 15, 2010. The first instance court found him guilty for shooting and killing Dede Allakaj and Tune Allakaj at Ure e Jakes in the village of Marmullë, municipality of Peja in cooperation with previously convicted Anton Nokaj and Simon Nokaj.
