In the opening of this workshop, which is participated by donors and development partners, representatives of local and international institutions, representatives of civil society organizations, the minister of Education, Rame Buja said that the strategic plan 2011-2016 is the base on which will start the projects that will be realized.
He said that they are engaged to bring the donors together because together they will feel better and more realized.
“I know that this review will happen only in 2013, however I believe that it will be considered in a special way, because the importance of our education and strategic plan is special as well,” Buja said.
Whereas, the deputy director of the operations office in the European Union office, Medvin Asin said that the European Commission and EU in general has clear interest to see how the ministries in Kosova are building their capacities for mid-term and long-term planning.
