The director of the University Clinical Center of Kosova, Njazi Gashi told Kosovapress that the approval of the statute has opened the way for selection of directors of clinics and together with the Ministry of Health, they are doing all preparations in order to open the competition as soon as possible and to resolve this problem.
The officials of the Ministry of Health said that they are discussing with officials of UCCK to set the timeline for announcement of the competition.
The statute of the University Clinical Center of Kosova was amended several times.
On 5 April 2012, it was approved again.
The competition for directors of clinics was cancelled on January 18, one day after the names of new directors were published, as in the procedure of their selection, violations of statute were noticed.
