“The importance of foreign investors that are present in Kosova is crucial for economic situation of Kosova. Their support is assurance for reaching the necessary economic effects, such as employment, production, improvement of payment balance, however it is very important to promote the values of Kosova through these investors and improvement of image, which is very important to attract foreign investors,” Gerxhaliu said.
In this meeting was said that with the recent investments Ferronikeli has proved seriousness in fulfilling the criteria foreseen by ISO 9001 and now with ISO 14001, by becoming in this way a model not only for Kosova, but as well for other countries on how to protect environment.
Jannis Moutafis has thanked the Kosova Chamber of Commerce for the support and pledged to continue with investments in different fields in this company, especially in protecting the environment.
He said that it is pleasure to visit Ferronikeli nowadays and the release of smoke and gas is decreased and they try to eliminate these occurrences fully, adding that despite of the difficulties due to global crisis, they will remain here and will contribute according to their possibilities in different fields, and will promote the possibilities for investment in Kosova.
