"Since the last year we have received competencies from the central authority of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, where municipalities were provided by the right to give applications and to issue certificates for business for people who wish to join the business world. From today we have the competencies to provide businesses with fiscal numbers, this is another step towards the facilitation of procedures, "said Director Grainca.
