The low percentage of realization of payment on salaries and daily payments, according to the report, was the reason that the employees with the contract on action, have entered the regular list of salaries from July 2011 and by the budgetary plan it was foreseen from January.
The report shows as well the delays in realization of projects, and it reads that the long-term projects for construction of sports centers in Malisheva, Shtime and Obiliq, which have started in 2008, have not ended according to the contract by the end of 2011.
