The citizens considered it as a shame and a game that is being done by KEK and government officials, who as they said, are thinking only about their pockets and not for the citizens of this country, whose living conditions are worsening every day.
The citizen, Kadri Llapashtica said that the things that are happening are wrong and in this bad social situation of citizens, such an increase cannot be afforded.
“I do not know what they are thinking. It is obvious that it cannot be afforded when the pensioner receives 40 euro, he cannot pay it. Someone has to think how it can be paid by 40 euro, as well with the salary of 200 or 250 euro. They should think about it. They just want to increase it, whether citizens can pay it or not, they do not care. In addition to the increase of electricity price, there is high level of unemployment,” Llapashtica said.
These prices are as well unaffordable for the citizen Hashim Thaçi and the things that are happening are a shame.
“I believe that it is unaffordable. It is a shame what they have done. Our government officials talk until they get the seat and they care about their interests, not about citizens. It is a shame. You cannot take care of family and pay electricity bills with salary worth 150 euro,” Thaçi said.
